Return, refund, and exchange policy

We have a 30-day manufacturer warranty exchange policy on all lamps, e-files, and dust collectors, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in a non-working, intermittently non-working, or defective status with no signs of user damage. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase.

No other items are eligible for return or exchange. If an item other than the items specified above are found to be defective, a replacement item will be sent only after Rosa Nail Supply makes the determination that the item is indeed defective. If an item is no longer available for exchange, then store credit will be given. 

During the process of an exchange, customers may be asked for pictures or video proof of the defective item to determine whether an exchange will be approved.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3458 E Southern Ave Suite 105, Mesa, Arizona, 85204.  Any and all shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of reception) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
